We mobilize the community for social change, and are committed to addressing current problems and reducing future needs. We work to invest community resources in programs of Partner Agencies and impact initiatives that generate results in education, health, income, and basic needs. We are about solutions, not just services; outcomes not outputs.

Considering the growing need in our community for critical services, a systematic approach is even more important to ensure the maximum return on investment for donor dollars. To ensure this, we use research-based practices and dedicated community volunteers to find the most critical needs facing our 10-parishes and evaluate the ability of programs to meet those needs.
